Todd had been working in the North Wilmington beauty industry for nearly 30 years when he founded Todd’s in 2004. He believes that education is the key to success – in fact, he has been an active participant in continuing education classes and workshops at the Redken Exchange in New York, the Vidal Sassoon Academy in London, and a number of Goldwell color classes.

Front Desk Coordinator
Native Delawarean Caroline began working at Todd’s as a part-time assistant in 2010. After learning the ins-and-outs of salon life, she eventually found her home at the front desk where she is always ready to greet clients with a smile and assist them with all of their scheduling needs. Caroline is currently pursuing her Bachelor’s degree in Business Management and is always eager to apply what she learns to her duties at Todd’s. When she is not at the salon or in school, she enjoys traveling, hiking, and photography. Caroline is a firm believer that

Kathy Burke is a proud native Delawarean and has been doing hair all her life. If you’ve been our guest before, there’s no doubt that Kathy’s infectious laugh and bubbly personality brightened your day. When it comes to beauty, she believes that you have to keep it current, keep it real, and keep it exciting. On weekends, Kathy travels to her beach house in Lewes where she enjoys spending time with her husband and volunteering at the Lewes Farmers Market.

Joanne Clements has been in the hair industry for over 30 years and is a Delaware native. She has always enjoyed and been very passionate about being a hair stylist. She truly enjoys the artistic, creative adventures of hair styling, cutting and coloring.

Born and raised in Delaware, Denice Fayson began her career in beauty as an apprentice working closely with a master stylist and perfecting her own artistry. More than 18 years later, she has been recognized as an Elite Stylist and received certifications in Keratin, Brazilian Blowout, and Brocato. Her philosophy on beauty is to
“be yourself, and your beauty and style will shine.”
Emily had always admired her godmother’s career in the beauty industry, so right after high school she enrolled at the Schilling-Douglas School of Hair Design and has been working to perfect her craft ever since. Now, her 3 favorite services to perform are keratin treatments, color corrections, and vivid coloring – she’s also a certified Brazilian Blowout stylist. Emily always likes her clients to know that they’re “the real MVPs”. Off the clock, Emily loves music and going out with friends, but especially likes spending time with her son, Logan.

Stylist - Nail Tech
Our multi-talented Berenice does it all! She can treat you to a whole day of beauty with her skills as a hair stylist, nail tech, and brow shaper. Armed with knowledge she’s gained through multiple Redken and Goldwell continuing education courses, she loves performing Balayage highlighting and challenging herself with color corrections. Even in her time off, you can find Berenice seeking to further her professional knowledge and help people through her volunteer work.

Originally from Georgia, Laura is our very own southern belle. Her lifelong love of everything beauty and fashion led her to finding her true passion as a licensed nail technician over 15 years ago. Laura believes that “anything you like doing, you usually do well”, and that philosophy shines through in the care and pride she takes in her work.

When asked her philosophy on style and beauty, Susan says, “There is beauty in everyone, and I get to showcase it!” She has certainly done so in her 3+ decades in the beauty industry, with accomplishments including working in sales, skincare and makeup, as well as attending the Vidal Sassoon hair cutting school and even owning and managing her own successful salon for over 20 years. Ask any one of her long-time, dedicated clients about Susan and they will surely sing her praises!
Lynda Kaufman is a lifelong resident of Delaware with a love for animals, theater, and of course, being a hair stylist. Her extensive career has seen many trends come and go, but she has always enjoyed everything about cutting, coloring, and styling. Lynda believes that as far as beauty goes, you should do whatever makes you happy – she likes to see all of her clients leave with a smile!
Allan Jones has been working his magic in the Delaware beauty industry for over 40 years, including 25 years as a salon owner. He enjoys history and visiting museums in his spare time and is our resident pop culture expert. While at the salon, he especially enjoys working with color and using his profession to bring out clients’ natural beauty.
Social butterfly Sandy Seidel has been a long time stylist and waxing tech, with over 50 years dedicated to her profession. Her extensive experience includes completion of classes at Vidal Sassoon, Roux, and Clairol as well as owning her own salon. Sandy is active in numerous non-profits and clubs, and also enjoys sewing, gardening and bowling.

Dottie has been doing hair since 1965 when she started at her first salon in Wilmington. She enjoys keeping busy with her clients each week, giving each the kind of warmth and attention any client would hope to receive. In her free time, she also likes to garden and volunteer at her Church.
